What can you do in your Guild Hall? - Guild Wars Forums

I'm wondering what exactly can you do in the guild hall. Can you practice on your guild mates and have like duels and stuff or is it just a place ot meet and have guild storage etc?

Actually, as I understand it, the only point to a guild hall is GvG battles. The "hall" is really less of a hall and more of a map used for the battles. So, it's basically pointless. I mean I guess you can meet there, but no storage, no custamization options so far as I know. It's just for fighting.

it'd be awesome if u could have unlimited storage, or maybe make it look nice with furniture and flowers

Yeah, if you could do that sort of thing it might be worth the price people are charging for the cigil, but as it is, it's not even close to worth it.

I am saving to buy a guild hall for my guild, along for my other members. The only reason I see to have one is GvG battles, and somehting to boast while recruiting. But it would really be great if the price of sigils went down, or we had more customization options

Based on the information I've read, one has access to not only the Hall but the surrounding island area as well. I've not been to one of course, but it would seem to be a good meeting ground and private staging area for guilds who incorporate RP elements. At least that's the impression I got.
